Cristiana
Heleno
The founder
Since the beginning of her career, Cristiana Heleno has always demonstrated an entrepreneurial spirit. With 15 years as a jewelry designer, owning stores in Portugal and later expanding to Angola, Cristiana decided to invest in the real estate sector and founded the Heleno Group in 2013. This venture follows the family tradition and an old dream from university days: the restoration of old houses.
She started by buying, restoring, and selling apartments in upscale areas of the Portuguese capital. Later, she began developing real estate in investment plans to attract new investors and create large developments.

Her background in architecture, combined with her entrepreneurial spirit and ambition, have contributed to the creation of unique real estate projects, ranging
from small apartments to large buildings. A family-run architecture and construction business focused on exclusivity, sustainability, and profitability for investors.
Cristiana believes that the secret to success is always giving her best, aiming to set a new standard in the real estate market, creating a new way of being in the sector, from small renovations to large construction proje-cts.
Grateful for everything she has in life, she enjoys supporting social causes – helping families in the parishes where she develops her projects, as well as animal protection organizations.”

From Imagination to Construction: The Taste for Design and Architecture
It was during her architecture course that she deepened her knowledge of real estate and construction. Curious, determined, and creative, Cristiana soon realized that her greatest vocation was designing spaces and creating environments.
Indeed, the taste for design has always been present in her family. She started by designing jewelry for special clients, influenced by fashion magazines such as Vogue. This led her to the capitals of high fashion and to develop contacts in Italy and, later, in Angola.”

The Influence of Travel on interior Architecture
From all her travels, she always brings back new ideas, concepts, and inspiration for her projects. She observes with attention the decoration of the most renowned hotels restaurants. And the works of architects, such as Santiago Calatrava, Fernanda Marques, and Kengo Kuma, are her greatest influences.
She greatly appreciates ultra-luxury – from Paris, New York, Los Angeles, and Tokyo – with residences that combine design and breathtaking views with attention to detail, where minimalism coexists with modern art pieces and antique furniture. Like Balinese architecture, which prioritizes simple and natural elements in decoration, as well as the cosmological proportions of the universe. Or the exuberant patterns and vibrant colors of Mexican houses.
Each architecture project is like a jewel or an haute couture piece: it follows a careful process of selecting spaces and sustainable materials, with exclusive design and attention to every detail. A timeless investment with her signature.”
